SPARK! Program
SPARK!
S.P.A.R.K! – ‘Supporting Parents Along the Road to Kindergarten’ – Beginning at birth, families and child care providers can attend a 90 minute SPARK! class once every fall, winter and spring until their child enters Kindergarten.
In SPARK! we reflect on how children learn and grow. At each SPARK! class participants receive free information, handouts and TOYS designed to support learning at each age and stage. Parents and child care providers can also register for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library at SPARK!, which mails a FREE, age-appropriate book to their children every month until their fifth birthday.
The SPARK! program is founded on a philosophy that learning happens naturally, through the experiences, relationships and joy that families and caregivers share with their children. We enjoy the opportunity to gather together with others who have children the same age to exchange ideas and celebrate learning and growth.
Free childminding is provided on-site for children over 12 months old. Children newborn to 12 months old are welcome to stay with their families.
