Circle of Security (For parents and caregivers of children 0 to 6)

This series gives you the opportunity to learn strategies to:
• Strengthen relationships with children
• Recognize children’s needs and make sense of their behaviour
• Meet children’s needs

Positive Discipline (For parents and caregivers of children 2 & up)
This 6-week series offers parents and child care providers the long-term skills needed to encourage their children to think for themselves, become more responsible, and  have greater respect for themselves and others. The teachings of Positive Discipline are filled with non-punitive, respectful tools that incorporate both kindness and firmness, help parents get to the core of their child’s misbehavior, and bring more joy into the home.

Lunch and Learns/One Hour Parenting Solutions Choose one or all of these quick topic specific classes. Some of the topics include sleep strategies, sibling harmony and Is this Normal? Understanding age appropriate behaivour. The classes are offered at different times throughout the year.
